The type of business will determine the amount of air turnovers required to obtain / maintain a comfortable ambient living / working temperature inside the building.
Climate
Is the premises situated in a hot or cold region ? Do we want to cool or heat up the building ? Is it a wet or dry climate region ?
Temperature
What are the average temperatures within the building, and what do we want to achieve as an ambient temperature ? Is this doable with ventilation ?
